Industrial Furnaces and Heat Treat Furnaces
Baker Furnace has manufactured industrial furnaces with heat-treating capabilities for over 35 years. With years of industry experience, we can design the industrial furnace that will meet your specific application needs and deliver your desired results. Our industrial furnaces are designed for a range of heat-treating applications including annealing, aging, normalizing, stress-relieving, tempering, forming, post-weld and more.
Our heat treat furnaces come in a range of configurations and temperature capabilities. We also manufacture car bottom furnaces for ease of loading/unloading, and crucible furnaces for metal melting.
Types of Industrial Furnaces:
Heat Treat Furnaces
Our heat treat furnaces reach temperatures up to 2200°F. These high-temperature furnaces are ideal for industrial and metalworking applications used to alter the physical, and sometimes chemical, properties of a metal. Baker Furnace’s heat treating furnaces are known for their uniformity, low maintenance and cost-effectiveness.
Car Bottom Furnaces
Car bottom furnaces are the ideal solution for ease of loading and unloading and are available in several configurations. Engineered to the highest quality, our car bottom furnaces meet rigid temperature uniformity requirements and solid operational reliability.
We offer a complete line of melting furnaces to melt silver, gold, brass, aluminum, lead and zinc. Our crucible furnaces can be used for a variety of melting applications. Our state-of-the-art crucible furnaces are shipped in a turnkey condition ready for installation and immediate operation.
